Basic Support - Provides you with telephone and emails support to one of our engineer during our opening hours with an email
response time of within 48 hours. Generally emails are responded to within few minutes! 10 hours of remote support and 1 monthly
visit included.

This level of support is designed for businesses with a 1-7 member staff, a small workgroup network or no network and a maximum of 10
desktop PCs and other peripherals. We will actively monitor your server (If any), report issues and confirm server backup, as well as any
potential issues with your desktops.

Moderate Support - Provides you with telephone and email support to one of our engineer during our opening hours with an email response time of  within 24 hours, generally emails are responded to within few minutes! Included with this level are 15 hours of remote
support and 2 monthly visit included.

This level of support is designed for business with a 10-20 member staff, Microsoft Windows network with Active Directory, and other server
based software with a maximum of 25 desktops PCs and other peripherals.

We will actively monitor your server, log issues, fix faults, report issues and confirm server backup, as well as all potential issues with your desktops. Furthermore, we will provide regular backup report, audit your company digital assets as and when required and work on any IT
projects that your business process might need in order to achieve its objective.

Advanced Support - Provides you with all the telephone and email support you need during our opening hours with an email
response time of within 12 hours, generally emails are responded to within few minutes! Emergency out of hour telephone support.
30 hours of remote support and 4 monthly visit.

This level of support is designed for businesses with over 25 member staff, large multisite, multi network environment and a maximum of
100 desktop PCs and other peripherals.

This is a fully managed IT support solution for a large multi-site corporation. We will take charge of all aspects of your IT and act as your
virtual IT department round the clock. We will take full responsibility of all your IT infrastructure and assets. We will pro-actively monitor, troubleshoot and fix all issues within an acceptable amount of time.

Ad-hoc IT Support - We also provide ad-hoc or pay as you go support to all types of business across London. Just give one of
our highly trained and qualified engineer a call to book an on-site visit or for remote support.
